Quick Instructions

  • Position players by clicking and dragging them.
  • With a player selected, hold down the Ctrl-key (Command-key for Mac) and click to add a line to the players pattern.
  • Load a template play by selecting the menu item 'View -> Plays', and then clicking the 'Templates' folder, and then clicking on one of the template plays.
  • Simulate the offense versus defense plays and generate a 'film' by selecting the menu item 'Film -> Film 'Untitled' vs 'Untitled' and then press Enter (or Space).
  • Fast forward and reverse the film by dragging the video scrubber control (knob).
You can also ..
  • Change the resulting simulation 'film' by clicking on the image of a player to expose all of the frames for that player, and then by dragging or rotating individual frames.
  • Change the look of the field, players and film in the 'Settings' by selecting the 'View -> Settings' menu item.
  • Dock the 'Settings', 'Plays' and other windows by dragging them to the edge of the field window.
  • Edit plays for other team types by selecting them from the 'Team Type' menu.

Separate versions of PlayMaker Pro are available for Football, Canadian Football and Basketball.

Football

PlayMaker Pro for American Football has 22 players in a play. Boxes created by the box tool can be filled with football fields. Weatherby orion shotgun serial numbers. The field can be as long as 100 yards, you choose the length of the field in 10 yard increments. You can add end zones. You can draw special teams plays with PlayMaker Pro.

The field can include hash marks which are available in high school, NCAA and NFL spacing. Yard line numbers can be added to the field as an option. The numbers are placed on the field according to NCAA and NFL rules. The example below shows a scale size NCAA field.

Canadian Football

PlayMaker Pro for Canadian football has 24 players in a play. The field can be as long as 110 yards, you choose the length of the field in 10 yard increments. The width of the field is also wider than an American football field. The field includes hash marks that divide the field in 3 equal size regions. Yard line numbers can be added to the field as an option. Canadian football fields have two 50 yard lines.
